These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Voice Changer: Offline application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AI Voice Changer: Offline is an iOS application that transforms voice recordings using pitch and formant shifting plus character effects. Voice transformation runs on your device. Features include in-app recording, audio file import (from Files or Voice Memos), a library of voice presets (such as Deep, Helium, Robot, Alien, and more), an A/B before/after preview, semitone-level pitch and formant control, custom saved voices, and export to M4A or WAV.

2. Important Limitations

The App transforms recordings and imported audio clips. It is not a real-time call modifier or a voice cloning service. You understand and agree that:

• The App does not change your voice on live phone calls, FaceTime, Discord, games, or any other app's microphone input. iOS does not permit system-wide microphone injection.
• The App does not clone, impersonate, or recreate the voice of any specific real person or celebrity. It applies generic pitch, formant, and effect transformations to audio you provide.
• The bundled audio processing is tuned for speech. Results on music, singing, or non-speech audio may vary.
• Output quality depends on the original recording's noise floor, microphone, and clarity.
• The App is not a replacement for professional audio engineering or studio post-production.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only on audio you have the right to process. You agree not to:

• Use the App to impersonate, defraud, harass, or deceive any person
• Process recordings of other people without their knowledge or consent where required by law
• Use a transformed recording to misrepresent its authenticity in a way that causes harm
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the bundled audio processing components
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free-tier limitations
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: No charge. 3 transforms per day, clips up to 30 seconds, 4 voices (Deep, Helium, Robot, Chipmunk), M4A export, with banner and interstitial advertising.
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month. Unlimited transforms, all 15 voices, semitone pitch and formant control, effect layering, custom saved voices, WAV export, and zero ads.
• Premium Annual: $29.99/year (save 50% vs. monthly), with a 7-day free trial. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during a free trial period before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of the active term.

5. User Content

Recordings, transformed files, custom voices, and history are stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your audio. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any server.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and packaged content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. The bundled audio processing components are licensed for use within the App only and may not be extracted or redistributed. The App includes Signalsmith Stretch, used under the MIT License.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT TRANSFORMATION RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR A SPECIFIC RECORDING.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• How you use, publish, broadcast, or distribute a transformed recording
• Audio quality of transformed outputs
• Loss of original recordings due to user error or device failure
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple's billing policy

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including any audio you process and distribute.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
